What we built.

YouThrive's program runs through schools and community organisations across Hamilton. Every new cohort meant more documents to manage, more teachers to onboard, and more admin work that had nothing to do with actually teaching financial literacy.

The constraint wasn't ambition. It was bandwidth.

We built YouTopia, a custom LMS that lets YouThrive scale the program without scaling the team. Teachers access curriculum and program materials through a single portal. Admins manage documents, onboard new schools, and support the program from one place. New cohorts don't create new overhead, they just use the system.
