What we built.

Arrowsmith’s program runs in licensed schools, clinics, and online – across eight countries, with no central operations team managing each site. For that to work, every part of the program had to run itself.

We engineered and maintain a unified platform built around four interconnected systems. Each one reduces the coordination load the previous one would have created: students move through cognitive exercises and track their own progress; teachers see session-level performance data without pulling reports; school administrators manage their own sites; and Arrowsmith's central team can oversee every licensee and country from one place.

We've maintained it since launch. It's expanded as they have.
